In the event of any dispute between Customer and Liberty Court Reporting, including but not limited to legal action by Liberty Court Reporting to collect past-due bills, Florida law will govern the dispute, the dispute will be heard in a Florida court, as a mandatory forum selection clause, venue must exclusively be in Manatee County, Florida, and the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Liberty Court Reporting and Customer expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any dispute between them.
